The Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) Program provides troops with a safe, effective, convenient, and commercially available payment method for official travel expenses. Troops can use their GTCC to help avoid using personal funds for mission-related travel expenses, such as a PCS. They can also manage their GTCC account online and reimbursement is streamlined through DoD’s travel system.
After receiving PCS orders, the first step is to meet with Fort Liberty’s Transportation Office (ITO) to discuss moving options and applying for a Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC). Let them know you are interested in a Personally Procured Move (PPM). The Fort Liberty ITO Hours are 0730 to 1600, Monday – Friday.
